Job Responsibility:
1、Work with Sales/marketing to establish new product requirements spec.
2、Be responsible to design consumer electronic products which include power electronic circuit and control circuit.
3、Sort and select proper commercial electrical parts to meet product requirements spec.
4、Effectively cost analysis and control capability to implement DFM/A during NPD process.
5、Implement necessary design review and release drawings on time.
6、Assist supply chain people to source and audit the final parts which could meet design spec.
7、Daily project management work to support project leader to complete responsible work on time
8、Communicate with global customer to clarify any electrical design issues and implement corrective action.
9、Work with operation people to provide necessary support for production.
10、Work with sustaining engineers to implement necessary design change following ECR/ECN process.

Position Requirments：
1、Strong electrical development tools skill especially for Altium/Protel/PCAD, be able to create schematics and PCB layout individually;
2、Strong project management capability, with good sense of emergency and always could complete work on time;
3、Very good English capability both in oral and reading/writing.
4、Very good interpersonal & communication skills, understand design requiements clearly and effectively;
5、High personal integrity and commitment to ethical behavior;
6、Good team player, willing to learn and share information within team.
