协助销售经理维护现有经销商，走访汽修厂，收集市场信息，帮助经销商售出，促进销售。

Position: Field Sales 协销员

Responsible Area: Pending Area within China 中国境内

Purpose & Responsibility 目的与职责:

• Assist ASM to maintain the market and distributor network in correspond target segment. 协助区域销售经理维护相应目标业务的市场和经销商网络。

• Assist Marketing Dept. on marketing activities, such as: promotion, public relationship, and surveys, etc. 协助市场部的市场活动：促销，公共关系和市场调研等。

• Assist distributors to develop target market and help increase the sell-out. 协助经销商开发目标市场，帮助提升售出业务。

• Deal with and follow up customers claims and work with other Dept. for any customer service related issue. 处理并跟踪客户投诉，与客户服务方面与其他部门紧密合作。

• Follow up customer orders and sales/inventory status.

跟踪客户订单和客户的销售、库存情况。

• Give support to accounting department on timely money collect and credit reviews 定期支持财务部门做款项回收和信用审核。

• Other tasks assigned by the top management 其他领导层分配的工作。

  Skills/Abilities 技能/能力:

• Technical ability to have a basic understanding of the products 对产品有基本的技术知识。

• Being strong in communication and execution 优秀的沟通和执行能力

• Confidentiality and high moral 保密并有商业道德

• Customer service oriented 从客户服务为宗旨

  Education/Experience教育/工作经验:

• College degree with Engineering or Automotive background is preferred. 工程或汽车背景专业的大学学历为佳

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in automotive IAM industry. 至少一年的汽车独立售后市场销售经验。

  Travel: 出差:

Every month there are approx. 70% time in business travel for visiting customer, product training, etc每月在访问客户、产品培训等方面大约有70%时间出差。
