1. 负责接听公司电话，接待接待来访客人，安排航班、酒店、接机等

Responsible for company phone answering and host visitors in reception area, which including flights & hotel and car pick up arrangement etc

2. 负责邮件、快递收发

Arrange mail & delivery pick-up and receipts

3. 协助办公室日常维护 (包括与业主及物业沟通协调，协助办公室清洁、保养及维修)

On-going office maintenance (i.e. work with landlord for office cleaning, maintenance and repair)

4. 补给办公用品如文具、名片、瓶装水等商务必需品品

Replenish office supplies such as stationary, business card, bottle water and other business necessities

5. 负责公司员工邮件服务、通讯录更新等前台相关日常工作

Responsible for company employees mail service, contact list updated and other receptionist related routine tasks

6. 在进行内部培训或大型会议时预订餐食

Order group meal when have inside training or big meeting

7. 在选择供应商时进行适当和有效的市场调查和价格比较

Doing proper and efficient marketing research and price comparison when selecting the supplier

8. 负责团队助理工作，保持公司良好形象

Responsible for team assistant role and keep company image in a good level

9. 寻求最有效的资源管理方法

Seek the most resource effective ways to manage all of the above
