任职资格

（1）3+ year working experience with press brake or folding machine.

3年以上折弯机或折边机操作经验；

（2）a master of bending technology, be able to bend all differents kinds of products

2、Job Description

职位描述

The main responsibilities and duties of the Employee shall include but are not limited to:

员工主要工作职责包含但不限于：

（1）test bending and drawing evaluation for sales depart.

售前打样和图纸分析；

（2）Be able to change CAD drawings to bend all customers' products based on different bending technology

熟练使用CAD软件，能根据客户要求和不同的折弯工艺，更改折弯图纸和展开图，最终折出客户想要的产品

（3）Through hands on approach constantly develop and improve own ability to perform demo bending of metal sheets.

通过动手实践，不断发展和提高自己的现场演示折弯能力；

（4）Maintain and develop corporate image, reputation and brand identification by participating in suitable marketing

activities, promotions, displays and events by supporting sales dept

协助销售部参加适当的市场营销活动、促销和展示等活动，维护和发展企业形象、声誉和品牌形象；

（5）Make after sale service coordination and plans in cooperation with sales dept.

配合销售团队制定售后协调及计划；

（6）installation, commissioning, operation training for CIDAN machines, and application training at customers.

CIDAN机器的安装调试和操作员培训，及客户现场应用培训；

（7）Safeguard the overall service satisfaction of CMC customers, being accountable for after service in cooperation with sales dept, identifying or resolving urgent issues and complaints from customers promptly.

维护CIDAN客户的整体服务满意度，与CMC销售团队合作对售后服务工作负责，对于紧急问题和客户投诉及时找出问题并给予解决；

（8）Master the latest technology knowledge of company products through self-studying and training, and give the best support to sales dept and customers on technical issues.

通过自学及公司培训掌握本公司产品的***知识，在技术方面给予销售团队及客户***的技术支持；

（9）Maintain overall awareness of technical market trends within sheet metal processing industry, customers technical expectations and competitors latest technologies

保持对钣金行业技术市场趋势的整体意识，客户的技术期望及竞争对手的***；

（10）Use IT tools, e.g. Excel & CRM system, to record, analyze any work related to this position.

运用IT工具，例如Excel及CRM系统来记录、分析，完成工作；

（11）Provide timely daily report and weekly plan report, monthly and annual reports to CMC General Manager.

及时完成日报，周计划表、月报和年度报告并汇报给总经理。
