岗位职责：

1、负责facebook和whatapp平台线上客服整体工作;

2、负责及时处理客户的咨询;

3、负责维护稳定的客户群;

4、积极与潜在客户保持良好的沟通，增加与潜在客户的粘性,整合***、数据指标;

5、客户数据的登记及管理;

6、上级领导安排的其他事宜。

任职要求：

1、大学专科以上，英语四级及以上;

2、了解facebook和whatapp平台及特性;

3、具有沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力;

4、热爱互联网，具有出色的独立思考能力和较强的执行力;

5、富有团队精神，有良好的职业道德和职业操守;

6、喜欢与人交流，了解国外文化***

7、欢迎优秀的英语专业或国际贸易专业应届毕业生加入
