Job Responsibility:

1. Leading the whole organization quality assurance duty under the management consultation and company quality plan.

2. Assure the appropriate quality control process is well established and implemented.

3. Work as organizational ISO 9001 representative under organization authorization.

4. Work closed with purchasing and engineer team for supplier chain auditing, including, not limited to, vendor’s qualification, auditing, evaluation, and performance report, etc. Submit the vendor’s quality performance report on monthly base.

5. Be responsible for material incoming inspection, production procedure control and finished goods quality, submit documents report.

6. Work with Production, Purchasing, Technical department, solve and track nonconformity issues.

7. Track and document all the working procedure and quality control procedures for all the product line. Make sure all the working procedures are well followed on the shop floor.

8. Work with engineering and production team to training the workshop persons and vendors to understand the organizational quality requirement for each individual job which is released for fabrication.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate or Bachelor degree with Mechanical Engineer or similar major

2. At least 4 years working experience in quality control in Equipment Manufacturer.

3. Fluent in English both oral and written.

4. Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001 principal with internal auditing experience.

5. Familiar with the basic statistic tools or related software to facilitate the data process and analysis.

6. Good communication skills with can-do work attitudes. Feel comfortable to communicate with other regional offices engineers, vendors and customers for all the quality matters.
