上海招聘

1、面向终端店铺店员及店长职位开设提升服务及店铺管理相关系列培训；

2、根据终端管理需求，开发和设计面向店铺员工培训课程；

3、建立并不断完善各职级员工培训体系及培训档案；

4、定期巡店了解员工服务状况与管理水平，发现问题，纳入培训；

5、完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务，配合支持其它各部门工作的正常开展。

岗位要求

1、本科学历，相关师范类专业毕业；

2、五年以上零售服饰行业培训讲师授课经验；

3、有编写终端销售服务岗位培训课程经验；

4、较强的沟通协调能力，积极正面、主动热情。
