Job Description:

·         Direct and administer all aspects of running the Language Center on a day-to-day basis.

·         Perform sales function directed at obtaining new clients from kids markets. Lead center sales team to achieve center monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.  

·         Planning and implementing local marketing activities to generate leads for sales growth.   

·         Manage, train, evaluate, and when necessary recruit administrative staff.  

·         Ensure that the Language Centre and its employees are in compliance with governmental and regulatory guidelines and regulations. This includes but is not limited to obtaining proper work permits/visas for all employees.

·         Perform regular income and profit from operations analysis with a continuous goal of increasing sales volume and controlling costs.

·         Submit reports in a timely manner to the Owner.

·         Complete a written monthly review of the operations results and operational activity in a timely manner.

·         Quality Control: On-the-job training and supervision of receptionists and sales personnel; handling complaints; motivating and training staff to understand and meet customer’s needs and objections; maintaining adequate appearance of premises.

·         Other tasks assigned by the Owner.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree.

·         Around 2 years of business development, sales or management working experiences in kids training function.

·         Willingness and interests in education industry, especially in kids and teens training.

·         Good leadership and team work spirit, hard working with high passion.
