Description: With a fast-growing company, the selected person will help set up the cost accounting process from scratch and be involved in ERP implementation. He/she will directly report into the Finance Manager.

Job Responsibility:

1. Set up the cost accounting process;
2. Be involved in ERP implementation;
3. Responsible for goods receipt, distribution, inventory management and cost settlement;
4. Check the inventory variance between different systems;
5. Handle standard cost setup and operation cost control, ensure the integrity of costing and inventory;
6. Monthly PPV analysis and standard costing analysis;
7. Cost accounting treatment and process month-end costing close work independently;
8. CAPEX management and report;
9. Be involve inventory control and monitor inventory movement, organize the stock taking;
10. Prepare the inventory accounts reconciliation monthly;
11. Support internal and external audit project;
12. Other ad hoc projects upon necessary’

General Requirements:

1. Work Experiences: 7-8 year’s similar working experience preferable Preferred With US MNC experiences;
2. Education level: Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting related;
3. Great ability to collaborate with multi-departments;
4. Stable, independent and to be a good team player;
5. Being active, creative and innovative is a plus;
6. With good analytical capability;
7. Good Command in English;
8. Experience in USGAAP is a plus
9. Familiar with finance and office software, ERP SAP experience is must
