Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports and making recommendations. Prepares additional monthly reports as needed.

Provides financial analysis as needed such as return on investment reports.

Prepares and closes NAMSA general ledger and prepares divisional financial statements monthly as well as year-end work papers and schedules.

Reconciles general ledger balance sheet accounts monthly as well as subsidiary ledgers where required.

Prepares standard and adjusting journal entries and analyzes accounts for monthly accruals.

Processes and files NAMSA taxes as needed such as sales/use, CAT, property.

Coordinates tax schedule compilations for preparation of Corporate taxes.

Prepares semi-monthly payroll and resolves payroll related issues.

Coordinates all payroll tax set up and filings with payroll agency. Coordinates all payroll related activities such as 401k settlement, H.S.A. transfers, etc.

May require reconciliation of corporate bank accounts monthly as well as loan balances.

Trainer for payroll related new hire topics.

May be required to lead payroll related audits such as 401k compliance audit.

May be required to coordinate audits with various other agencies as well as compile information reports related to the business.

May be required to serve as the lead software administrator for Finance related systems.

May be required to establish and maintain annual budgeting templates and reports. Assists Managers with preparation of budgets.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

5 years accounting experience required.

Proficient in Excel.

Fluency in English is preferred.
