-对高端客户招聘需求分析、调研，定制有效的招聘解决方案；

-负责候选人搜索、面试、评估的全流程服务；

-为客户提供专业性招聘报告，跟踪候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导。

 

任职要求：

-全日制统招本科以上学历；

-有一年及以上猎头或项目招聘、RPO批量招聘服务等工作经验；

-良好的职业操守、对招聘工作有热情，以目标为导向；

-具有优秀的学习能力、逻辑分析和沟通表达能力，善于团队合作。
