了应对我们的扩张,我们为公司销售经理提供即时空缺。

岗位职责:

(A)工作内容

主要通过开拓公司企业或团体业务(如公司客户/奢侈品和时尚品牌/金融银行企业

等)和跨品牌服务为公司带来营业收入,完成公司所分配的销售目标。

(B)主要责任

1.针对公司现有可提供的产品与服务,寻找,开发和完成业务交易。

2.探索不同行业的潜在商业机会,以实现***化业务收入。

3.领导和监督小型销售团队,实现上海的销售目标;制定部门目标和 KPI 标准以及个人

销售目标,通过完成相关需求为团队工作做出贡献。

4.通过提供业务支持,信息和指导,维护客户关系和建立关键客户管理机制; 研究和推

荐新企业合作的机会。

5.与香港,上海和深圳的市场营销团队共同合作,协同有效的营销活动。

6.通过收集,分析和总结销售数据和信息来生成销售报告。

7.了解和收集最新的市场信息,如行业/公司客户/客户特定的未满足需求,市场趋

势,竞争对手情信息,客户服务反馈等。

任职要求:

1.至少 5 年的销售经验,优先考虑有食品和饮料或奢侈品零售行业的工作经验的候选

人。有活动策划,定制礼品包装,商店运营,酒店销售的工作经验将是一个优势。

2.较强的谈判技巧,良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

3.流利的英语,普通话。

4.熟练使用 Office 软件。

Company and position introduction:

A renowned French patisserie company with many boutiques/dessert and cake shops in

Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. To cope with our expansion, we have captioned

immediate vacancy for a Corporate Sales Manager.

Job Descriptions:

(A) Job Summary

Mainly focus on driving enterprise business through exploring B to B channels(Corp

client/luxury and fashion brands /banking etc.) and cross branding service products as well

to achieve assigned revenue target.

(B) Key Responsibility

1.Prospect, develop and close business deals at all revenue levels for all available F&B

products and customized catering services.

2.Explore potential commercial channels in different industries to maximize business

revenue.

3.Lead and supervise small sales team to achieve sales targets in Shanghai; Set up

departmental objectives and KPI standards as well as individual objectives. Contribute to

team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

4.Client relationship maintenance and key account management by providing business

support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.

5.Involvement with HK & SH & SZ marketing team to synergize effective promotional events

and marketing activities.

6.Generate sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data and

information.

7.Gather and report market intelligence i.e. Industry/company clients /customer specific

unmet needs, market trend, competitor intelligence, service gaps.

Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of sales experience, preferable working experience in Food and Beverage

or luxury retail sector. Working knowledge of event planning, customized gift packaging,

shop operations, hotel sales elements will be an advantage.

2.Strong negotiation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Excellent command of English, Mandarin .

4. Skilled use of Office software.Staff Benefits:
