职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 进行项目阶段质量工作的规划，质量目标的设定
2. 编写生产工艺的质量保证文件
3. 编写检具的功能技术规范和校验
4. 针对新产品对生产工人进行质量方面培训
5. 主导新产品的内部过程审核
6. 编制初始样件提交文件并保证向客户的提交
7. 确保客户标准在内部良好应用和开展
8. 确保内部程序文件的良好应用和开展
9. 与生产部门一起编写产品大纲和验证工作，并负责项目过节点的审核和评估
10. 负责项目到SOP期间的内部和客户的质量问题处理
11. 上级分配的其他工作
岗位要求:
1.机械工程或汽车工程本科以上学历
2.3年以上汽车零配件制造行业或相关机械/电气制造行业经验
3.能够阅读工程制图如AutoCAD
4.熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, ISO9000, ISO/TS16949
5.熟悉问题处理流程和常规质量工具应用
6.良好的沟通能力和团队精神
7.良好的英语或德语写作和口语能力
Responsibilities:
1.Implement APQP @ PPAP in project phase, set quality target
2.Compile the document relative to quality on the production processes
3.Compile the gauge specification&calibration
4.Do training for operator in new project quality side
5.Conduct the new product process audit
6.Compile the EMPB&PPAP document
7.Assure the customer requirement is fully fulfilled internally
8.Assure project development procedure is fully fulfilled internally
9.Work with Production Team to create the validation plan and conduct validation with lab,and assure project requirements is fully fufilled by internal each function department
10.Handle quality internal and external issue not limited in SOP period
11.Other works assigned by Superior
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
2.3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechancical/electronic manufacturing industry
3.Be able to read engineering drawing as well as Auto CAD
4.Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,ISO9000 and ISO/TSI16949
5.Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application
6.Good communication skills and team work style
7.Good English or German both in written and oral

Bleistahl Group is a worldwide well-known supplier of valve drive components to the automotive industry with the headquarter in Wetter, Germany. In 1956 the founder of Bleistahl developed a powder metallurgical high wear resistant valve seat material and the manufacturing process. Since then the powder metallurgical valve seats are widely used in the automotive industry.
