• Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor. completes the hands-on mechanical tasks relevant to the mechanical procedures

负责执行主管安排的机械检维修工作。独立完成责任内的机械维修保养任务

• Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural systems

负责维护包括厂区管线系统和架构系统在内的动静设备

• Take responsible for task handover from maintenance engineers, include the technical specification, schedule, safety and quality requirement

负责和维护工程师进行具体任务的交接，包括工程参数，工期安排，以及其他关于安全质量的要求

• Coordinate the maintenance work with production, interface group to ensure the work progressing smooth

在检维修工作中，负责沟通协调与生产及相关部门的事宜，确保维修工作顺利开展

• Handover with contractors include technical and safety requirement. Assign the maintenance tasks to contractor and control contractor’s work efficiency on site

负责和外部承包商进行包括技术和安全要求的任务交接。负责承包商的检维修任务分配，监督承包商的现场工作效率

• Check the tools and lifting equipment for calibration validity, safety inspection expiry and condition before using. Nonconformance tools shall be informed to supervisor

负责工器具以及吊装设备的日常安全检查。发现不合规工具需要向直接主管汇报

• Follow workplace safety rules and requirements. Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company policy, and fulfilled the company environment, safety, health and quality （ESHQ） requirements

遵守工作安全规定及要求，确保工作实施过程合规，满足公司对于环境，安全，健康，质量的要求

• Report the troubles & risks in work. Immediately stop the unsafe behaviors in the work

工作中发现的问题和隐患要及时汇报。对于工作中的不安全行为要立即制止

• Participate in emergency response procedures (On-Call) and assigned to any specific roles and responsibilities for such purpose

参与处理紧急故障情况的任务（On-Call）以及其他相关的任务安排

• Provide on qualified maintenance report in time and give feedback to engineer for findings.

工作完成后，及时书写合格的维修报告，将维修中的发现项及时反馈给工程师。

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS / 技术能力要求

• Strong mechanical aptitude

拥有在机械维修方面过硬的能力

• At least 3 years’ experience in industrial machinery area.

拥有最少三年在工业机械相关领域的工作经验

• Experience in chemical plant preferred

有化工厂工作经验优先考虑

• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

具备基础的电脑文档操作技能

· Good Communication skills，Willing to learn
