A DAY IN YOUR LIFE AT IKEA

  

• Take care of all customer inquiries related to service both online & offline via phone and chat

  • Delivery &assembly service order modification

  • Delivery &assembly service time inquiries

• Handle all the contacts handed over from other team which need to have further contacts with service providers both online &offline. Mainly contact service providers, respond to customers and coordinate in-between to align the service solutions

• Handle all the customer complaints related to service providers

• Partner with SBF for service provider performance monitoring and feedbacks

• Ensure team co-workers’ career and capacity development and working in a great environment
