岗位职责

1、负责国外进口货物的采购（现货和期货的采购），并将到货情况进行确认；

2、负责国外库存查询及保留、缺货及停产通知；

3、负责进口货物的报关事宜；

4、负责到货差异、成本分析表的制作；

5、负责制作进口货物运费和货物税金的请款单据；

6、协助应付组同仁，与国外供货商对帐；

7、负责进口及国外货物的采购；

8、与国外原厂沟通质量报损、索赔事宜；

9、负责国外到货后通知相关人员。

任职资格

1、大专学历及以上学历，具备1年以上国贸业务操作工作经验；

2、熟悉互联网络，熟悉使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件；

3、具备优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力；

4、具备良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧，公关意识强，具有较强的事业心、团队合作精神和独立处事能力，勇于开拓和创新。
