1、指导和监督部门下属的工作。

2、确保酒店收入的准确及完整。

3、确保所有关于酒店收入的调整和折扣被审核。

4、确保客人帐单和总帐保持一致。

5、检查总出纳报表，营运部门的现金报表，外汇兑换报表和其它收入控制报表。

6、确保高效，正确地完成每日报表。

7、协助财务总监完成和分析每月房费收入。

8、准备所需的报告和报表。

9、交叉核对计算机产生的报表。

10、保管未使用与收入相关的单据，如***，客人帐单，现金单据，折扣或免费单据，杂项的借贷凭证等。

11、检查收入单据并与收入报表相核对。

12、及时催收应收帐款，以确保信贷部的操作顺利且高效。

13、确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。

14、审核每日客人余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐。

15、追踪，执行帐龄报表。

16、审核信贷申请，汇总销售部提供的信息。

17、以黑名单的形式列出付款信誉差的个人、旅行社、并传阅给相关部门以确保这些被列者不再享有信誉保证。

18、根据酒店有关程序进行收帐。

19、确保应收帐款的分录与总帐一致。

20、对于不能及时收回的帐款与相应的客户协调。

21、调查退回的支票并跟踪其款项的收回。

22、确保所有帐单被及时寄出。
