• 1. Daily operation of International freight, China and FTZ Warehousing, final customer delivery and CBEC logistics services : Understand market and its trend, adapt and adjust to emergent logistic situation, make long term logistic plan, make transportation cost budget, set goal to decrease cost, make plan to decrease operation cost, and execute, and summarize these goals above.

国际国内货运、保税仓库、跨境电商、最终客户运送物流项目的日常业务处理；及时了解市场行情及走向，灵活变化应对突发物流状况，制定物流中长期规划、运费预算、成本降低目标、运营成本降低计划，并实施总结。

• 2. Evaluate potential logistics partners for International freight, China and FTZ Warehousing, final customer delivery and CBEC logistics services .

针对国际货运，中国内陆和对外贸贸易区仓库，给顾客送货和全球跨境电商物流服务，评估并选择潜在物流伙伴；

• 3. Negotiate rates and additional logistics services. improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

负责谈判物流和物流相关服务价格，改善供应链效率或可持续性；

• 4. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency .

推荐最优运输模式、选线、设备、或者频率；

• 5. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.

解决运输、物流系统、进出口或顾客服务中出现的问题

• 6. Create policies or procedures for logistics activities. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

给物流各环节制定制度及规范，计划并且实现内部外部的物流系统，进而实现改善

• 7.Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics. Design models for use in evaluating logistics programs or services.

实现客户的需求比如内部汇报或者客户要求的物流指标，设计评估物流服务的模型

• 8.Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

监控商品进出口过程，确保过程符合规定和法规。确保运输符合公司运输政策

• POSITION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

• 1. Three years or more experience of e-commerce logistic. Experience related to international e-commerce logistic management work is a plus.

三年（含）及以上电商物流工作经验，有跨境电商企业物流管理工作经历者优先；

• 2. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with many individuals and teams, including many different personalities.

有效地和团队合作，有效地和不同个性的人合作；

• 3. Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work.

有同时管理多个项目的能力，并且保证准时和工作质量；

• 4. Ability to quickly and calmly react to changing organizational needs and deadlines, both internal and external.

能及时并且从容地对公司要求和截止日期的变化做出反应;

• 5. Proactive and adept problem solver; ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly.
