Responsibilities:

• Assist group leader for group management, report to group leader directly

• With the request of group leader or project responsible, leading a small team to execute & fulfill the work package/module/system independently

• Lead seal team to finish the task from department & project

• Support group leader for group training plan execution

• Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization

• Other DM & group leader assigned task

• Assign different roles in project based on project requirement

• Responsible for sealing detail design or integration development, include Master section/3D/2D/Technical documents preparation

• Sealing supplier assessment and management, technical review

• Issue tracking and management, problem solving within the project

• DVP creating and review

• Testing and product launch issue solving

• Ensure the on time project delivery with high quality

• Project summarization and lesson learnt preparation, know how to share with team members

• Support group leader for employee technical assessment

• Support GL/MGLs to arrange project reviews, provide technical solution

• Documentation and expansion of expert knowledge as well as regular lessons learned

• Design guideline & benchmark preparing, keep knowledge database upgrade

• Involve group technical innovation

• Assist and support group leader in sealing technical issues

• Discipline Magna Blue Sky QMS and process

• Support employee in their career plans

• Promote employee contacts with external areas

• Training of employees according to the required skills

• Ensuring cooperative behavior of Magna Blue Sky employees internally

• Fostering flexibility(Willingness to travel)

• Sealing related technical innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in automobile engineering or mechanical engineering

• Body engineering development experience

• Experienced with sealing development and manufacture process

• Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry

• Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation

• Experienced in styling/ Manufacture feasibility, body engineering development

• Familiar with body performance definition, DVP, test requirement

• Familiar with material knowledge, lightweight/HSS/Hot stamping...

• Relative knowledge on other system such as Body, trim, CV, chassis, EE etc.

• MSDS and other OEM's development process

• QMS process, QPF issue system

• CATIA V5

• SAP

工程开发合资公司及制造合资公司是麦格纳与北汽新能源成立的两家合资公司.合资公司将整合麦格纳的汽车工程技术专长和北汽新能源在中国汽车市场的经验，共同开发新一代智能电动汽车平台。
工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
