· 提供产品售前售后技术支持，基于 3Shape 3D 扫描仪硬件和CAD/CAM软件

· 及时解决客户的技术问题

· 对客户进行远程技术支持和跟踪

· 知识管理与分享 – 建立并维护相关知识管理database和文档

· 培训-为内部及外部客户提供产品及技术培训

· 为3Shape的产品管理及开发提供有建设性的反馈

职位要求：

· 理工科专业或医药医疗器械高等专科毕业均可；有志于从事3D数字化扫描及设计技术的工作

· 有1年以上相关工作经验或有CAD/CAM软件操作经验，可优先考虑

· 良好的韩语书面及口头表达能力，或英语流利，CET 4级或以上

· 性格开朗，有良好的语言沟通表达能力，专业的客户服务意识，团队合作及创新精神

· 工作认真负责，严谨细致
