Responsibilities:

• With the request of the Group Leader or project responsible, leading the team to execute & fulfill the work package independently if needed.

• Together with the department manager to guarantee the growth of the team on the technical competence & the size.

• Ensure the Group on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization.

• Support Group leader ensure knowing of group targets and breakdown up to group level, Define necessary plan and correction actions to fulfill target.

• Support group grow in quantity and competence according to department defined targets.

• Technical representation for project-related coordination with customer and supplier.

• Track and report about group/project status to Group leader/PM.

• Group disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all group subordinates.

• Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates. Organizes team member for internal training/discussion.

• Request support from Group leader to put in place disciplinary actions if required.

Requirements:

 

• Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor or above

• 5+ years’ experience in parameter design work for D&C in CATIA V5

• Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry

• Experienced in styling/ Manufacture feasibility, Have accessories and sealing development experiences will be a plus

• Familiar with kinematic analysis in CATIA V5

• Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation relevant vehicle

• Relative knowledge on other system such as trim, chassis, E/E etc.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Fluent oral and written in English.

• Could be suitable for business trip for project.

• Open mind and team work with people from different cultures

工程开发合资公司及制造合资公司是麦格纳与北汽新能源成立的两家合资公司.合资公司将整合麦格纳的汽车工程技术专长和北汽新能源在中国汽车市场的经验，共同开发新一代智能电动汽车平台。
工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
