Job Responsiblities / 工作职责:

1.Be in charge of Cash in & out bookkeeping.

负责现金账务处理。

2.Book the payment via bank.

According to a cashier daily bank balance table, found differences remain daily bank and an instant book balance consistent.

登记银行帐。根据出纳发出的每日银行余额表发现差异即时入账保持每日银行和账面余额一致。

3.Tax declaration.

报税工作。

4.Translate interfaced vouchers.

翻译转入凭证。

5.Cooperate with auditor for annual audit.

协助审计。

6.Make out invoice according to the confirmation of project and sales departments.

根据工程和销售人员的开票确认邮件负责发票开票。

7.Get bank slip back and send check to bank etc. Ensure consistency of cash and bank at the end of month.

银行回单领取，工资支票递送等零星银行业务。确保月底银行现金和账面相符。

8.Be responsible for all the oversea representatives, reporting to Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.

负责海外办事处的财务事宜及向上海商务委员会报告。

9.Bind monthly vouchers up, print sub-ledger, G/L and then bind.

装订月度凭证, 打印明细帐、总帐并装订。

10.Other work required by financial supervisor

其他财务主管交待的事宜。

Qualifications Request / 任职要求:

1.Graduate from University of accounting major at least.

会计专业本科以上专业。

2.At least three years work experience in foreign invested company.

至少三年以上外资公司财务工作经验。

3.Be good at English in accounting area.

熟悉财务专业英语 。

4.Use accounting software (Kingdee) for two years at least.

至少有二年使用会计软件（金蝶）的经验。

5.Have the experience of Cashier, AR and AP, and communication with Safe and Tax Bureau (including tax refund).

有出纳、应收应付财务处理经验。与外汇管理局及税务所沟通联系（包括出口退税）。

6.Know taxes of VAT and BT(include tax refund).

了解增值税，营业税等相关税种法律法规（包括出口退税）。

7.International trade knowledge of import & export.

进出口国际贸易操作经验。

8.Financial work experience handing with oversea representatives.

有处理海外办事处财务工作经验。

9.Aability to assert oneself.

坚持原则。

10.Ability to cooperate with other services and departments of the company.

能和其他部门友善协作。

11.Sound knowledge in Accounting.

系统的会计知识。

12.Be prudent and conscious, strong responsibility and sense of time, finish work within required time.

谨慎和细心，有强烈的工作责任心和时间概念，能在规定的时间内完成交待的工作。

13.Good communication, be honest and sober.

有良好的沟通能力，诚实稳重。

14.Good team-work spirit, accept high pressure and handle urgent work.

有团队合作精神，能面对工作压力并且妥当处理紧急事件。
