1、了解项目业务数据特点和逻辑，帮助运营团队建立报告的格式和模型或小工具来提高报告的工作效率；

2、制作所有业务数据需要进行日报、周报、月报、季报、年报的汇报；汇报格式以EXCEL和PPT为主；

3、配合运营负责人对相关数据进行统计及分析，分析数据背后逻辑，并进一步挖掘潜在需求及痛点以及策略的改进；

岗位要求：

 1、统计学、应用数学相关专业优先，本科或以上学历，至少2年数据分析/ 数据运营岗相关经验，了解相应平台数据模型； 

 2、熟练掌握Excel、SQL、SPSS、SAS等统计分析软件，具备独立进行数据分析及应用或数据挖掘等工作经验。 

 3、英语四级
