A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Merchandiser to join a successful company UK trading company to be based in Yiwu in the sourcing team.
The role will involve (but not restricted to):
1. Put the RFQ brief together in an easy format for sending
2. Source the potential supplier list (core suppliers and new suppliers)
3. Send enquires to all suppliers by email and follow up by phone
4. Push all information requested by the client from each factory
5. Put all prices in quote sheet for easy review and selection and provide key suggesting supplier list base on the price and factory audit information.
6. Travel regularly to meet new suppliers and see new products and ideas.


Job requirement

1. Good English communication skills. Be very organized, responsible and proactive;
2. College degree and above;
3. More than 4 years working experience in promotional business.
4. Familiar with the whole procedure of production
5. Good knowledge of quality, construction & technical, experience with SAP B1 is a plus.;
6. Chinese national and native speaker only

The successful candidate will have previous experience in merchandising within the promotion industry. A strong background in multiple product categories, along with fluency in English and Putonghua are essential.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel as needed and be able to get involved with all aspects of the operations and be able to work in a team and get the job done.
