Main Duties:

1. Maintain a close working relationship with all internally areas, and able to motivate internal and external engineering resources. Within the guidelines and culture of company.

2. Onsite coordinate project items, employ necessary resources and report progress within proper template.

3. Understanding project event implementation concept and operation process.

4. Coordinating project domain in concert with project managers, project engineers and project personnel. Liaison with the resource providers for effective use of engineering resource in support of the project, have sense of saving company and project resource.

5. Technical and management support to projects:

1. Liaison with engineering for the delivery of the project on time

2. Tracking and reporting project progress to the management

3. Support to the project manager for the achievement of strategic management goals.

4. Organize project meeting and cascade project spirit

5. Maintain project system normal operation

6. Update related project document

7. Coordinate and support to solve related project item (such as cost, timing, engineering change, hot issue and so on)

1. Able to communicate efficiently and effectively through all forms of communication, as well as present related reports confidently

    

    

   Qualification:

   Language:
   ? Chinese and English Language skills essential
   
   Necessary education:
   ? BSc in related major, Master degree is advantage
   
   Working experience (in years):
   ? More than 3 years, with relevant experience within the automotive industry

   Computer:

   ? Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Power point, Excel, Project and Word

   Professional knowledge:

   ? Familiar with vehicle development process

工程开发合资公司及制造合资公司是麦格纳与北汽新能源成立的两家合资公司.合资公司将整合麦格纳的汽车工程技术专长和北汽新能源在中国汽车市场的经验，共同开发新一代智能电动汽车平台。
工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
