Key Responsibilities:

A)    Financial

-       input data into Mplus in a timely and accurate manner

-       monitor departmental KPI’s to help ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet budget and targets.

B)    Supply Base

-       follow up production and sample status with factories

-       support supplier visits with relevant admin information

-       develop and track vendor KPI’s

-       track and check production status / details to ensure goods are despatched on time

C)    Operational excellence

-       follow agreed processes in relation to input and update of Mplus data

-       monitor and identify issues related to Critical Path Management and report accordingly.

-       Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.

D)    Product & Market

-       forward shipment and sample information to the assistant buying and merchandising teams

-       Assist in negotiation and resolution of any claims placed against suppliers.

E)    People

-       take personal responsibility for their own performance including identifying training needs

-       work closely with Merchandisers and Product Technologists

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Proven Ability or Role Specific Qualifications required:

• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Product acknowledge in both woven product, and knitwear (Sweater)
• Ideally worked in an admin/operational role in a retail/manufacturing environment
• Experience in operate system
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills & learning agility
• Positive mindset, self-motivated & a good team player
• Good understanding of Excel and Word
