We are a young company with big goals. We want to create access to natural, organic and real food in China by building the proper ecosystem. To do this, we have created a network of businesses integrated through a system of our self-run farms, restaurants, producers, and suppliers.

    

    

Behind each Hunter Gatherer location is a brand story that runs deep. We are powered by hard work, passion, knowledge and a determination to exact positive change in China’s food industry. With food as our core product, we have much to share about where our ingredients come from, how they arrive on your plate, and everything that happens in between.

The Job

    

    

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO主要职责

    

1.Becoming the “tastemaker” of Hunter Gatherer. Internalizing our existing visual identity and making confident decisions with regard to aesthetic direction and development of brand image. Seeing brand image as an extension self.  成为悦衡食集的“时尚风向标”。内化现有视觉识别，在审美方向和发展品牌形象方面有自己的判断力。认为品牌形象是一种自我延伸

    

2.Working independently within demanding time and budgetary constraints. Capable of setting goals, timelines and executing efficiently. 在限定的时间和预算内独立完成工作。设定目标，完成时间表，高效执行

    

3.Working closely with Marketing team to understand strategic direction and transform abstract ideas/prompts into tangible designs. Capable of presenting creative ideas in line with company vision. 与市场部门团队紧密协作，理解战略方向，能将抽象概念转换为形象设计。创意理念符合公司愿景

    

4.Working independently and with creative confidence. Takes an active leadership role in executing projects from start to finish. Leads, does not follow. 独立工作，自信创新。在项目的执行过程中起到引领作用，不随波逐流

    

5.Understanding current design trends in the market and making suggestions based on popular trends. 了解当前市场设计趋势，根据流行趋势提供宝贵意见

Must Have Qualifications: 必备资质

    

1.Around 3 year working experience in graphic designing. 1年左右平面设计工作经验

    

2.Has deep experience designing graphic content within time and budgetary constraints. MUST provide portfolio of previous work. 有丰富的图文设计经验，能在限定的时间和预算内完成任务。能提供以往的设计作品集

    

3.Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. 精通Adobe InDesign，Illustrator 和 Photoshop运用

    

4.Conversational English and Mandarin 中英文沟通流利

    

5.Exceptional communication skills 优秀的沟通技巧

    

6.Excellent organizational skills 优秀的组织能力

We grow produce on our own chemical-free farms. We stock a variety of natural foods, make and sell quality products, and serve fresh meals. Our range of business activities will evolve as we grow, and we welcome feedback and collaboration.
