签证专员
职位描述：
1、接待线上线下客户咨询，回答相关问题并维护客户关系；
2、签证方案的规划与建议，签证材料的制作及翻译工作；
3、跟据客户要求制定详细的旅游行程、预定酒店和机票；
4、严格按照各国领馆和签证中心的要求审核客户材料；
5、为客户提供预约面试,面试培训，特殊情况可陪同客户送签；
6、通过公司提供的资源以及各个国家领馆网站尽快熟悉并且掌握专业知识；
7、了解各大领馆最新动态，更新业务知识，严格把关，降低客户拒签率；
8、公司网站及微博等发布最新签证信息；
职位要求：
1、中专以上学历，踏实肯干，认真负责；
2、热爱文件的收集、制作、整理及翻译工作，口语能力强，翻译能力佳；
3、具备很强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有基础的英语或日语能力；
5、良好的沟通能力和服务意识，有责任感，耐心细致，具有团队合作精神；
6、熟悉各类办公软件的操作；
7、个人素质佳者，可放宽条件。
