职位描述
1. Sales
Manage and drive sales to maximize the company’s positive exposure to customers and markets such that targeted sales and volume levels are surpassed. To negotiate and manage the negotiation of contracts to maximize position.
2. Growth
Focus on delivering year over year growth in Contribution Margin for designated area of responsibility. Growth with existing products at existing accounts, new products at existing accounts, and developing new customers for the company’s within territory.
3. Customer Interface
Manage the company’s interface with customers by ensuring that proper customer contact is developed/maintained at identified accounts. Rrepresent the company to the identified customer base with frequency defined by the overall regional plan.
4. Marketing
Provide constant surveillance of market situation, support new product commercialization, and identify new uses and product improvements. Work with commercial peers to drive growth in developing market areas –these areas to be agreed in annual planning between this position, and the Sales & Marketing Manager – Greater China.
5. Market Intelligence
Obtain accurate information about customers, their end-users, current and future business plans; analyze, report and make recommendations so that the company may plan and implement programs consistent with the group’s strategic plan to meet targeted goals.
6. Team Work
Work closely with GC BD managers to promote existing and new product line in assigned territory.
Being the assistant of Sales & Marketing Manager – Greater China on budget and marketing strategy in industry WT, HI&I activities.
7. Technical Competent
Be recognized as a competent technical selling professional by co-workers and customers. Respond to customer’s technical problems and provide preliminary solutions based on application of past industry experience.
8. Report
Prepare / consolidate all reports required by company or Sales & Marketing Manager – Greater China.
9. Inventory management
review the provided stock / inventory report (unrestricted, blocked, and slow-moving stock) to ensure the stock healthy.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor of Science or higher degree in chemistry or chemical engineering discipline with demonstrated ability to apply scientific and selling principles.
2. At least three years experiences of sales, with 2-4 years in WT service / WT chemical companies with strong technical background.
3. Self-motivation, proven hands-on ability with standard commercial environment.
4. Must have strong communication skills and be able to interface effectively with multiple levels of the scientific, plant, marketing, and purchasing personnel of the company and its customers.
5. Has sound knowledge, and broad familiarity with the commercial uses of Italmatch-AWS chemicals. Sales or marketing experience with phosphonate / polymer additives and broad knowledge of water additives technology is preferred.
6. Ability to lead/coach/mentor sales peers & distributors to ensure/drive growth in developing and target market
7. Good communication skills with various functional departments to ensure smooth operation
8. Good command of English & Chinese.
