Essential duties and responsiblities:
A. Responsibility on sales coordination:
- Learn progressively Descote chlorine valve design in order to be comfortable with all the specificity involves the valves and be able to answer standard questions from the customers.
- Treat all the relevant frequently asks questions from customer including the following :translation, technical clarifications, and commercial terms in collaboration with the factory in France
- Insure clear communication between all actors involved, including the factory in France, the agent and the final customer.
- Help the sales team to prepare the quotations and other technical documents in order to fulfill the customer requirements.
- Provide effective support on preparing commercial & technical bidding documents and other required materials.
- Visit the customer regularly in order to maintain a good relationship
- Be able to present Descote activity during a meeting with the customer,prepare an implement presentation if necessary.
- Follow up and update of each project under your responsability, and keep a writing follow up report.
- Manage and organize job duties according to the procedures implemented by Descote China Office.
- Assit in any other duties directed by your hierarchy.
- Support in office organization and daily needs to ensure stable operations of Descote Shanghai office.
- Reporting to Descote China management.
- Bachelor degree majored in MECHANICAL: Minimum of 3 Years experience in Mechanical industry
- Strong knowledge in technical/mechanical field
- Experience in management, sales or project management background is a plus
- Knowledge in chemical field is a plus
- Team orientated,co-operative, specifically with other department
- Opend minded, willing to work with international culture and working methods,
- Good communication and negociation skills to deal with customer requirements
- Customer focused, ability to identify a customer need
- Willing to travel
