岗位职责：

- 根据公司对利用电商平台的销售定位，把握市场需求和平台特点，制定电商渠道的运营规划和营销策略；

- 熟悉京东/天猫/唯品/考拉等电商平台的运营规则，并熟稔营销工具的运用，制定电商平台销售的运营目标和费用预算，有效控制运营成本；

- 对接TP，管理电商渠道，根据实际制定并完善相关管理流程，确保线上销售业务规范运作；

- 对各电商平台提供的运营数据做出专业的分析，及时撰写运营分析报告，针对问题提出解决方案，并监督制定整改进度；结合对同类竞争性平台运作机制和运营状况的分析，为公司的线上运营决策提供有效依据；

- 基于电商平台特点和产品特点，进行专业创意营销活动的策划和执行。

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，电子商务类、市场类、管理类专业；

- 熟悉电子商务运营管理，对电子商务行业盈利模式及发展趋势有独到见解，敏锐的商业触觉和敏感度；

- 熟悉新媒体的运营模式和管理；具有网络营销的专业知识与技巧，具有线上渠道的业务拓展经验，能根据电子商务运营特色、受众分析进行营销和推广，熟练运用各种推广策略；

-具有创新和执行能力，以结果为导向，有团队合作精神，顾全大局，有责任心、进取心，有工作热情。
