此职位上班时间为周一到周五，上午10点至晚上7点。

岗位职责：

Job Responsibility:

1、总机电话转接及留言；          

 Exchange telephone and message at the reception desk                                                   

2、信件、物品和公文的收发、转送等；  

 Sending, receiving, and forwarding of letters, articles and official documents                                                

3、接待访客并安排相关部门联系； 

 Receive visitors and arrange contact with relevant departments                                                      

4、日常行政工作的运作（快递业务、绿化管理、饮水管理、办公设备登记与管理、会议室预订管理、办公室环境维护管理等）；     

 Daily administrative work ( courier sending, drinking water management, office equipment  registration and management, conference room and office environment management etc.)                                                         

5、协助其它部门处理相关行政事务工作；

Assistant other departments in handling related administrative affairs

6、完成上司布置的其他工作。

Complete other assignment by supervisor

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1、大专及以上学历

College degree or above

2、一年以上相关工作经历          

More than one year related working experience                                                        

3、office办公软件操作熟练

Good at computer operation
