职责描述：
(1) 正确接听所有来电；
(2) 问候和引导来访者（客户、候选人和供应商）并通过检查身份、记录访客和签发通行证确保其遵守安全协议；
(3) 购买和订购公司用品，包括文具、饮用水和其他办公用品，以确保所有物资按时按量收到；
(4) 及时处理所有收发信件，包括报纸、杂志、信件、快递等 ；
(5) 办理国内外同事和访客的出差（包括机票/火车票的预订、发放和修改及酒店预订）；
(6) 保持接待区的整齐和清洁；
(7) 负责会议室的预订和日常事务的快速处理；
(8) 每周更新内部目录；
(9) 协助准备部分行政付款和费用报告；
(10) 根据ESK ISO14000环境管理体系的要求；
(11) 部门经理指派的一些临时项目;

(3) 有组织，有纪律，谨慎，细致，有活力，有良好的团队精神；
(4) 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；
