客服岗位要求：

1.   大专及以上学历，男女不限；

2.   普通话标准，口齿清楚；

3.   灵活运用基本电脑操作知识；

4.   具备服务意识，客户导向，有同理心；

5.   能够适应高压力的工作环境；

6.   具有积极的工作态度与团队协作精神；

7.   有呼叫中心工作经验者优先；

客服岗位描述：

1.   通过公司服务热线接听并解答客户的各种售后问题；

2.   进行回访客户满意度，并将客户反馈意见提交给部门领导；

3.   记录并分派客户的安装及维修等相关需求给对应部门并跟踪完成；

4.   积极跟进完成经销商/服务商通过各沟通软件咨询的各种问题；

5.   完成日常报表并上报；
