We are looking for a talented community manager to join our team of passionate digital experts.
ABOUT US
MEDIASIA INTERACTIVE is a growing digital agency based in the heart of Shanghai. Specializing in digital projects and online marketing & communication, our team of passionate has been at the forefront of numerous creative and techical projects spanning Asia, Europe and US.
Since we founded the company in 2011, we have had over 400 projects online. As we are strong believers of producing work we can be proud of, our team's goal is to successfully combine creativity, innovation and experts in our projects. We believe that doing so will allow us to see beyond the expectations of our customers and offer a brand new apporach to the web.
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOING FOR
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and varied tasks.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of client.
- Excellent client service, oral & written communication skills in both Chinese & English; results driven with strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge and experience with social media and online marketing best practices.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and international environment.
YOUR ROLE
Community management & Customer service:
Official Wechat account management: copywriter content review, layout preparation, posting, community management(answer followers comments and dierct messages.)
Social e-commerce store customer service: by email, by phone and on Wechat.
Weibo account management: Find inspiring content, create posts, engage followers & people potentially interested by the brand, monitoring.
Same on other social media (Red, Douyin)
Ecommerce store management:
- Stocks management
- Update clients about their order
- Create or modify stoer product sheets
