We have an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Society of Chemistry. As Journal Sales Support Administrator (APAC) you will support all sales staff in APAC region in analysis and reporting, customer service and administration.

  

You will prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and collate sales statistics for colleagues. You will also need to coordinate contracts and licences which will include invoicing, licencing and quotation administration. Excellent customer service skills will be required as you will be liaising with customers, agents and internal departments. Excellent organisation skills will be required as you will be dealing with multiple administration tasks including coordinating orders and invoices for sales staff and agents and calculating commission payments.

  

We are looking for:

• Attention to detail and accuracy with strong numeracy skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proactive approach with strong analysis and problem solving skills.
• Experienced in developing reports and supporting sales processes.
• Proven ability to work well in a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure, prioritise and to meet deadlines
• Understanding of licence documentation
