1. Project management of Energy Efficiency projects
2. Project fieldwork, analysis, and report production using standard resources templates
3. Performing and reviewing engineering calculations and/or building energy models to predict benefits from energy efficiency projects
4. Developing energy analysis reports to estimate project savings, verifying cost-effectiveness and estimating potential incentive payments
5. Performing and reviewing energy engineering studies, conducting energy audits, feasibility studies, retro-commissioning related to energy efficiency program implementation and turnkey projects
6. Developing and reviewing calculations and assumptions used to estimate or measure energy savings due to projects
7. Develop M&V plan for energy efficiency projects
8. Develop energy monitoring system architecture with identification of critical metering points
9. Identify/ evaluate and selection of vendors for energy efficiency projects. Coordination with vendors for timely completion of the projects
10. Oversee all phases of project management in coordination with the internal team, from pre-phase analysis to billing process

Ideal Candidate

1. Previous work experience: 2 or more years in Energy Efficiency or HVAC related field
2. Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy or Chemical
3. Masters in Energy or HVAC will be a plus
4. Certifications in Energy, HVAC or Project Management will be a plus
5. Knowledge of ASHRAE standards for building will be a plus
6. Willing to travel for more than 50% of time
7. Willing to be a part of fast-growing energy service company
8. Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
9. Dedication to industry standards and improvements, continuous learning and developments and improvements
10. MUST have good proficiency in English and Chinese languages
