Qarma is a fast-growing company out of Denmark with established office in Shanghai. We are on a mission to make quality and compliance a game changer in retail and become the leading digital tool and platform for brands, retailers and traders. With the help of breakthrough technology, Qarma reduces administrative complexity, eliminates paper-based reports and simplifies the end-to-end quality assurance process.

We are looking for a dedicated person to join our journey and scale our sales, delivery and customer success. You will be based in our Shanghai office where most of our clients are located, but you will be communicating with clients all over China and the rest of South-East Asia.

Your main responsibilities will be

 

·       Lead customer implementation projects from start to end, including:

·       Organize and run training sessions

·       Requirements clarification with customers

·       Develop processes and procedures together with customers regarding QC and QA

·       Communicate with technical integration team in Denmark regarding customer needs

Professional requirements

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You're able to get a message across in just a few sentences.

·       Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written

·       Experience in quality assurance, production or sourcing of consumer goods.

·       Experience in communicating with a broad network of people of different cultural backgrounds and from various levels in the supply chain.

·       Experience from international company involved in quality assurance, production or sourcing of consumer goods

Qarma is Nordic based company with offices in Denmark, Germany and China. We have specialized specialized in QC and offer a simple and easy to use QC tool to plan, perform and evaluate inspections. The team behind all have a long background working with consumer brands, sourcing and QC. We realized that most QC and inspection is complicated, time consuming and costly. It is often a very manual and paper driven process and many companies fail to build good checklists, reports and share as well as learn from previous inspections. The decided to decided to change that and build a hands-on QC tool that adds value in practice and strategic. Our clients are brands and retailers in Europe withi Fashion, living and furniture.
