市场需求中总经理需要备忘及跟进的相关事务跟进；

总经理的项目跟踪、会议笔录；

起草、存档整理总经理签发文件；

掌握总经理的日程安排做好预约工作，及时提醒总经理的日常行程；

部门负责人交代的其它事务；

总经理交代的其它事务。

任职要求：

1、工商管理、企业管理或时尚专业本科以上学历；

2、一年以上总助工作经验，优秀应届毕业生可适当放宽条件；

3、具备较强的文字撰写能力，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力；

4、具备一定的英文阅读及写作能力，能阅读相关英文专业文章者优先；

5、具有较强的学习能力和执行能力，能够迅速掌握与公司相关的各种业务知识；

6、具备良好的职业素养和职业操守，保密意识和沟通协调能力强。
