Technical customer support
Qarma is a fast-growing company out of Denmark with established office in Shanghai. We are on a mission to make quality and compliance a game changer in retail and become the leading digital tool and platform for brands, retailers and traders. With the help of breakthrough technology, Qarma reduces administrative complexity, eliminates paper-based reports and simplifies the end-to-end quality assurance process.
We are looking for a dedicated person to join our journey and scale our sales, delivery and customer success. You will be based in our Shanghai office where most of our clients are located, but you will be communicating with clients all over China and the rest of South-East Asia.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Taking ownership of customer issues reported through our customer support channels (Phone, email and WeChat) and seeing problems through to resolution
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
· Assist in user training sessions
· Various technical tasks related to Qarma operations depending on skills and experience
All the above will be closely coordinated with the delivery manager in Shanghai and the technical team at the headquarter in Denmark.

Personal requirements
· Service-minded and eager to deliver a superior customer support experience.
· Detail-oriented and eager to follow up on loose ends.
· Motivated by working closely together with colleagues in China and Denmark.
· Open-minded and curious to work in an international company
Professional requirements
· Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
· Educational background in IT or technical support
· Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk roles assisting users of technical systems.
· Work experience in international company involved in sourcing or manufacturing
