职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY工作职责:
1) 仓储发货
Stock & Distribution
a) Ensure timely and accurate distribution.
确保及时准确发货。
b) Keep storage room neat and clean.
保持仓库的整洁有序。
c) Register the storage information timely and accurately, including in the inventory card and in the electronic information system.
及时准确登记收发货信息,包括货位卡及电脑物流系统。
d) Monitor storage status, set reorder level, avoid stock up or stock out.
及时准确掌握库存情况,设置并监控安全库存量,不过量囤积物品,同时避免发生缺货。
e) Control the period of stock validity, return overdue material back to vendor, otherwise disposal report should be submitted for approval.
及时掌握库存物品的有效期,对过期物品应与供应商协商调换,无法调换的商品应报批处置。
f) Set separate area for sterilized material, strictly follow the sterilization regulations.
设置单独库房或区域安置无菌化物品,严格满足无菌要求的相关规定。
g) Periodically check actual stock, ensure reconciliation to the stock book.
定期盘点库存,确保帐实一致。
2) 文档整理
File Arrangement
a) Assist the Supervisor to collect the Qualifications and Certifications of supplied company, register and update those information in time.
协助主管工作,对使用状态中医疗器械及消耗品的企业营业执照,产品生产或经营许可证及产品注册证进行整理归档,及时更新。
b) Register the Fixed Assets and label them as soon as possible.
对公司各部门新增固定资产及需要标签的物品及时建档并标签。
c) Assist the Supervisor to register and analysis the Product Catalog, Price Form,make good suggestion to purchase, and keep the benefits of hospital.
协助部门主管对各供应商的产品目录,报价信息表整理分析,以便更好调整采购策略,确保公司利益。
d) Assist the manager to liaise with the relevant authority periodically to verify those equipments with compulsive verification needs, and file the relevant reports.
协助部门主管定期对须进行强制检定的计量设备联系计量部门进行计量检定,并建档管理。
3) 零售采购
Purchasing
a) Timely assist to Supervisor to collect the information of unusual or special requirement from other department
及时协助部门主管收集不常备货,特殊需求物品的信息。
b) Purchase some urgent and a few medical materials as the requirement from Clinic department.
按照要求零买部分急需,少量物品,满足临床部门需求。
4) 信息沟通
Communication
a) Assist to keep good communication inner and outer the department, make sure the information can unblocked within the hospital
协助部门内部沟通及本部门与其他部门的联系与协调,保证信息管道的畅通。
b) Collect and accept the Department Purchase Application, Maintenance work-order/Requisition and Discard Application form, and register information.
接收各部门的申购单,维修单及报废申请单,并进行信息统计。
