任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，建筑暖通专业
2. 5年以上相关工作经验（同行业3年以上）
3. 了解澳标、欧标、美标等给排水标准并有相关工作经验者优先
4. 有模块化建筑行业工作经验者优先
5. 熟练使用AutoCAD,  Solidworks者优先
6. 熟悉电气/暖通/专业设计流程及相关规范、施工流程及相关规范，了解暖通工程施工材料市场行情
7. 同时拥有多项技能者优先
8. 有敬业精神，有较强自主学习和解决专业内问题的能力
9. 有责任心，抗压能力强，逻辑思维能力强
