POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Senior Project Executive-高级项目主任

    

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai

    

REPORTING TO: Project Manager-项目经理

    

    

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Responsible for regional direct and franchisee stores layout and all technical drawings.-负责区域直营店及加盟店铺整体布局以及所有的技术图纸。
• Supervise store construction according to guidelines and layout, and ensure effective completion.-根据品牌标准和整体布局指导现场工人进行门店现场工程任务。
• To negotiate with construction supplier and build relationship with them.-负责与供应商谈判并建立积极的合作关系。
• Ensure, maintain and improve the quality of workmanship and finishing as expected for brands’ standards.-确保工程达到预期效果，维持并提高工程质量，使其达到预期的品牌标准。
• Control construction budget for each store.-能够把控每个门店的施工预算。
• Coordinate furniture transportation and installation for all stores.-协调所有门店的布景用具及家具的运输和安装。
• Monitor store maintenance in a timely manner.-对每家店铺情况及时跟踪
• Maintain & Submit to HO monthly Retail database.-维护和提交HO月度零售数据库。
• Collect and archive all store pictures, submit Store opening reports in a timely manner.-收集并归档所有的店铺图片信息，及时提交店铺开业报告。
• Manage monthly 6-months Retail Roll-Out Forecast.-定期管理半年内的的零售推广。
• Coordinate with VM team in new store opening and seasonal poster changing.-与VM团队协调新店开业和换季海报。
• Coordinate with Sales team the good functioning of our stores and their subsequent layout.-与销售团队协调店铺运营和布局安排。
• Supervise implementation of exhibition events, trade show, fashion shows & road shows etc.-监督展会、商展、时装秀、路演等活动的执行情况。
• Maintain the Brand Showrooms to reflect the Brand image and DNA.-维护品牌陈列展厅，体现品牌形象和传承。
• Manage the Project Budgets in a timely and clear manner.-能按时对项目预算有清晰管理

• >Work closely with sales AE, VM, product and marketing team.
• >Work as a regional team leader to manage regional PE.

• >Liaison with department stores and franchisees in store establishment.
• >Keep open and trust-full relationship with contractors and vendors.

                            

    

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Experience：

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail area.
• matters within a domestic or foreign retail or similar companies.
• Proved track record of successful undertaken projects in retail field in China
• Self-motivated and energetic.

       Language Proficiency

• >Fluent in English and Mandarin

                                    

    

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    

Degree holder in Design or Architecture or relevant preferred, at least with Bachelor Degree or above
