• 熟悉项目内所有工作内容及标准；熟悉公司内部业务、报价流程、盈利模式；熟悉项目从启动到收尾的所有节点把控
• 准确理解客户brief和洞察深度需求，并不断挖掘客户需求，懂得把控客户期待值，引导客户向有利于公司业务方向推进工作
• 把控AE/SAE的执行工作，对项目执行工作负责，高效地汇报工作
• 准确把握客户需求，独立带领团队提案，把控方案质量，方案逻辑思维清晰

任职要求

• 3年以上广告行业Account Manager经验

  
  

• 精通数字营销技巧，熟悉品牌定位、市场营销、传播策略的整合营销提案及执行
• 有全案服务经验，1年2人以上团队管理经验，优秀的职业化程度，有能力同时处理多个项目
• 格局大视野宽，严谨的逻辑思维和丰富的数字广告行业知识与实战经验
• 有成功的策划及执行互动营销的案例，对数字营销有独特见解，具备marketing sense
• 与客户的日常沟通中担任主要联络人，提供日常持续的关系管理， 负责客户潜在及延展性需求的实现
• 具备管理、领导及开发团队能力，有助提高工作效率，帮助团队成员获得成长
• 热爱数字营销与广告行业，享受其中的快乐与挑战
• 有责任心，学习能力强，上进心，能承受工作压力同时具备较好的英语口语能力
