1.Provide 12-month rolling forecast by working with Sales and Marketing team, periodically review actual achievement and adjust forecasting accordingly
2.Regularly check & monitor forecast, order, stock and supply status, assess potential risks, take actions to address emergent demand and the gap between demand and supply.
3.Maintain reasonable stock level and update stock management module periodically
4.Manage the forecasting of new product launch, existing product change-over and promotion, coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to support smooth and successful implementation of product launch or promotion.
5.Coordinate Sales and Marketing team to clean off slow moving and non-moving stock in monthly basis, manage finish goods provision, write-off, internal employee selling and internal purchasing.
6.Organize monthly Demand Review and Supply Review meetings in the S&OP process to review forecast, inventory, order vs. business target and resolve supply issues by working with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing / Sourcing teams.
7.Regularly review and update product supply related process / procedure
8.Effectively communicate and coordinate with regional and global planning teams for best practice sharing, Shift & Lift and roll-out of Global / Regional product supply initiatives
9.Control portfolio complexity and collaborate with Marketing, Finance and GM to optimize category profitability and SKU rationalization.
10.Contribute to Strategic Asset Planning capacity process (3 years supply plan) with global tea
11.Comply to KC internal policy and process such as Code of Conduct, Anti-corruption, Anti-monopoly
