岗位描述：

1. Meet and greet Emerald and tap sapphire member at the mall

2. Personalized communication ( e.g. exclusice promotions, birthday, anniversary etc. )

3. Personal Shopping ( e.g. private viewing, pre-shopping arrangements, brand and product recommendations and exclusive event )

4. In mall services ( e.g. perter service, delivery, restaurant booking )

5. Increase mall revenue via growing the loyalty of top spenders behind strong services and relationship management

6. Increase Emerald member no. of vist and spending

7. Positive qualitative feedback frem member and tenant/store manager

职位要求：

1. 5 years above experience；

2. Luxury brand or mall VIP related experience；

3. Good communication with VIP.
