1 Entering orders, creating delivery slips and invoicing in SAP, ensure data accuracy and productivity level
2 Checking contract terms and related documents
3 Coordinate with service team/ sales team/customer for order status, payment, delivery, invoice / shipping docs, etc to ensure the order proceed smoothly
4 Communicate with warehouse for correct shipment, trace the goods to ensure on time and safety arrival
5 Work with other department to ensure the order processing smoothly and efficiently
6 Handling of return shipment from customers
7 Handling orders related to claims
