职位描述:
1、熟练掌握淘宝商城、淘宝店铺的高级装修。
2、有创意力，想象力丰富，最好有一定的文案功底。
3、照片处理，图片设计，广告图片创意设计经验丰富。
4、懂得网页及平面设计。
5、精通常用图片设计软件。
6、负责上级交办的其他设计工作。
任职要求：
1、具有扎实的美术基础，3年以上淘宝大店相关设计经验；
2、较强的创意视觉表现力，掌握熟练的设计表现技巧；
3、在工作中可以独当一面；具良好的沟通技巧与协同作业能力等；
4、思维敏捷、富于想象力和感染力，个性较突出；
5、熟悉W3C标准，对网站的SEO优化有一定了解；
6、能熟练运用XHTML、DIV+CSS进行网页制作，同时可以解决各种主流浏览器的CSS兼容性问题；
7、熟悉JavaScript语言，能进行常规WEB应用的开发；
8、投递简历的同时请附上个人代表案例。
