职位要求：

1. 大专及其以上学历，机械/电子/材料/电子封装/电子工程/计算机等工科毕业；

2. 具有同行业及相关工作经验三年以上；

3. 英文听说读写能力强；

4. 具有良好的沟通能力，分析问题能力，团队协作能力，吃苦耐劳，责任心强；
