Job Responsibility

1.Responsible for the expansion and development of imported cosmetic brands or products in cross-border channels, foreign e-commerce platforms, and offline channels;

2.Capable of establishing and optimizing sales channels in Asian market and able to screen and cultivate agents;

3.Participate in the business docking and brand incubation of imported cosmetics brands, and participate in the ice-breaking and further development in Asian market;

4.Participate in the formulation of marketing plans for brands and products in the Asian market through various channels while deepening the cooperation with current channels;

Introducing new channels to achieve sales targets;

5.Carry out the sales strategies to achieve sales targets and accomplish assigned missions.

Requirements:

1.More than 2-year experience in cosmetics sales in Asian market, and had good sales performance on online or offline platforms;

2.Experience in channel operation and management in Asian market is preferred. Customer resources of cosmetics enterprise users or resources of similar agents are preferred.

3.Excellent channel and project sales experience are preferred; knowing no-how on cosmetics field is preferred.

4. College degree or above

Salary Composition: Basic Salary + Brand Profit Dividend

2019年下半年，郡诗成立一家文化传媒公司，建立自己的品牌营销、流量获取矩阵，加速品牌0-1步伐，加快渠道开拓速度。
